The Holistic PCOS Method™️ is an exciting and lifechanging step towards your next-level self, so we know you might have some questions ahead of your application call.
Who is this for?
This program is for anyone who has been diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome)--whether or not you are currently taking any medication (like metformin, spironolactone, or hormonal birth control).
We work with women and PCOSers who are ready (dare we say, excited?) to invest the necessary time, energy, and resources into themselves to make lifelong changes that will help them understand their symptoms and feel comfortable & confident in their bodies.
Who is this NOT for?
This is not a program for anyone looking for a quick fix or restrictive diet. Our goal is sustainable, long term changes that will support you for life, which means you need to be ready to commit the time, energy, and effort into yourself for these 8 weeks + beyond (but hey, we think you're worth it and are there every step of the way to make it easier).
If you are committed to a vegan diet that does not contain any animal products, you may find it this program challenging. Previous students who were vegan and completed the program did benefit from it and felt better, but were open to including a small amount of animal products to support their hormonal balance.
What if I'm currently on the pill, an IUD, metformin, spironolactone, etc?
We welcome all treatment approaches, with zero judgment or agenda. This program takes a holistic approach, which means we support whatever treatment option you & your doctor feel is right for you.
Whether you are using medication, supplements, or DIYing it, this program can support you. That's because it targets the root causes of your symptoms to help you heal long-term, while medications often mask the symptoms without addressing where they came from. Using the Holistic PCOS Method™ in conjunction with conventional medications can help you do the underlying work so you may not need them eventually.
Bonus: If you are on the pill or other medications, you can work closely in your coaching sessions to help support your body through it. You can also ask about alternatives to discuss with your doctor if that's something you're interested in.
When does the group program officially begin?

Can I go at my own pace?
Each week, a new module is automatically unlocked so you can focus on each module, step-by-step, along with your group calls or private coaching sessions.

What's the learning format?
Weekly lessons will be hosted on Teachable and include videos, graphics, downloadable guides and/or worksheets.
Group calls will be held weekly over Zoom, and the recordings will be shared afterwards in the Facebook group for anyone who was unable to make it live.
Private coaching sessions will also be held over the phone or on Zoom, and you'll also have chat access to your coach in between your 1:1 coaching sessions through your private client portal.
What’s the difference between the group program and the private VIP coaching option?
Whether you choose to do the group program or customize your experience + increase accountability with private coaching, you’ll get access to our industry-leading course and our private student group either way. Both group students and private coaching clients will get a new module released every week.

How long do I have access to the program?
Your private or group coaching sessions will last for the duration of the program (8 weeks), but you get lifetime access to the Holistic PCOS Method™ module videos and resources for as long as it exists! We're constantly adding updates as new research comes out, so that means you get free access to any upgraded versions of the program for life!
What's the investment?

Is this for women + PCOSers who want to get pregnant?
