I have the best skin I’ve had in 10 years, and today is day 1 of my period and I’m SHOCKED at how few PMS symptoms I have. My mood and energy levels have both been high, and I don’t get the afternoon slump like I used to. I have more resilience, and I feel really connected with my body and understand my cycle and hormones.
I would 100% recommend this program to all of my friends (and have been asking them if they have PCOS!) because I truly thought I was taking care of myself and eating healthfully, but there was so much I didn't know that I didn't know. I didn't realize my "healthy" diet was actually stressing my body, but the practices I've put in place as a result of this course have made me genuinely feel like a new woman.
Sam was like a knowledgeable and caring friend (sometimes therapist!) who made it fun and interesting, kept me accountable and shared my excitement as I watched all these changes improve with my acne, stress, periods, symptoms and my life, one-by-one :)
It feels like Sam was my Glinda the Good Witch and it turns out I've had the powers to control my destiny within me this whole time.
